Kevin West


Former W Magazine editor and Los Angeles resident, Kevin West describes himself as a journalist and preserving instructor who sells a small collection of handmade jams under the label West Sweet Preserves.  Kevin will soon be adding cookbook author to his résumé as his first cookbook, Saving the Season, will be published by Knopf in Spring 2013.  He and some of his recipes were recently featured in the August issue of Bon Appétit hosting a canning party with friends at his home in Laurel Canyon.
